I ended up reinventing
my
diet from ground zero. I just had to make sure my
body (alongwith
the rest of me)does
get

nothing else. Then make

Destiny intervened at the dawn of the millennium,
heaven's parted & I found myself in a 'holistic fair',
cornered by a pretty babe... but only for a blood test.

In my
1st test all of 'em looked terribly bunched up. The
second
test was sometime after popping-in 3 enzyme
capsules which the qualified nutritionist was pitching for. As you can

And just to allay any doubts, I was externally in great shape otherwise
& didn't had any

Let's start with the basics 1st
: All food reaches wherever it does through our blood. So
after the digestive system, it is the 1st one to get impacted.
And thereafter the consequences keep on cascading to the rest of our
bodies.

the circulatory system, all our RBCs & the blood
vessel walls have a negative

1. I feel terrific as far as my health
is concerned. Why
should I bother now?
You
don't have to. Mind you, I was only in my mid 20s
& in the best of my healthexternally, when I saw my blood all
coagulated. Imagine the gravity of the situation for older folks?
Alternative health researchers are well aware that one's blood may look
perfectly normal after conventional testing (which is based on mere
numbers /measurements) when in actual fact it may be
extremely unhealthy. Instead of a happy river, it may be more like a
swamp : and that bespeaks of latent / undiagnosed problems.
This may be
so because what is considered normal quantitatively (e.g. no of RBCs
per
deciLiter) may be abnormal qualitatively i.e. functionally (e.g.

medical lab so that you may scrutinize the early

2. It doesn't really seems
practical
at all, ...And sounds too complicated!

am crazy analytical, I confess!) But just consider the well over 10

enthusiasts worldwide who have been feasting on home-grown
sprouts REGULARLY.
Some of them had some intractable health
condition before
they migrated lock-stock-&-barrel to sprouting sine die. Others
were more pragmatic - they didn't have to wait until everybody
else starts doing it. (The sprouts industry is well over half
a
billion dollars just in the US.)
3. Why don't I just pop-in a vitamin
pill
or gulp down some super-food?
It
was a sad news recently that a few "health conscious" Americans have
already lost their liver due to regular consumption of synthetic
petroleum-derived multi-vitamins pills. Anti-oxidant pills are usually
a re-packaging of a subset of these same 'multis'.
Even amongst the 'bio-available' ones, including the
super-foods, many Vitamins
(P, H, Q,
T...), Minerals (Rubidium,
Boron, Bromine,
Germanium, Lithium, Chromium, Silica, Vanadium, Molybdenum,
Strontium...) & most phyto-nutrients (Isothiocynates,
Phytosterols, Sulphoraphane, Galactomannans, Astaxanthin, Malic acid,

Chrysin, Chlorophyllin...)
are

Not to speak of the harmful excipients used in the

into all processed

The

4. Why can't I just go for a raw
living-foods
diet instead? They also have their enzymes &

Consumption of sugar, refined flour and hydrogenated fats, and of
